We inspect the structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology.
We encourage you to attend your inspection so that we can describe our process, explain our findings, point out important maintenance items, and answer all of your questions.
As state-licensed Certified Professional Inspectors, we adhere to a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice.
This means that we will inspect all of the following, when visible and accessible:

-Attic, Ventilation & Insulation -Plumbing System
-Exterior Cladding -HVAC System
-Porch & Deck -Interior, including:
-Attached Garage -Built-In Appliances
-Driveway -Ceilings, Floors & Walls
-Foundation -Windows/Glazing
-Basement/Crawlspace -Doors
Following our evaluation, We’ll compile our findings in an easy-to-read report, which will include detailed descriptions and high-resolution photos of any issues We’ve discovered. We’ll email you your report within 24 hours, and our job isn’t finished until you understand everything in it.
INSPEction fee structure
Residential Inspection Fees Vary based upon the Size and Age of the structure. Size of the structure is evaluated by living space above or below grade excluding unfinished spaces such as a garage. Outbuildings such as barns, storage sheds, and greenhouses are typically excluded but can be included for a reasonable fee.

Condo < 1,500 SQFT $400
Houses < 1,000 SQFT $400
1,000 - 1,500 SQFT $425
1,501 - 2,500 SQFT $450
2,501 - 3,000 SQFT $500
3,001 or more SQFT Call for Quote
Outbuildings +$50-100(based on size)
